Tui Feeders
Mikes Story
 

We really love getting feedback and photos from our customers, and try to include most of them on the site.
We thought Mikes feedback was so good that it deserved a page all to itself

We sent Mike a Tui Feeder on the 25th August

10 September
:"I put up a feeder on the 29th August and had the first Tui drinking this morning.
Question, instead of red food colouring I put a dash of raspberry cordial in the bowl. Would that be too sweet for them."



16 September
 "3 of them all day now"



17 September am
"What have I done….4 Tuis now. Hope Im not putting too much sugar in. Using about a third cup of sugar then the water.Mind you the weather is terrible, snow,rain and wind so they maybe liking the protection"

    

17 September pm
  "Total of 8 fighting to get into it before but camera out of range"

18 September
"The buggers are waiting on this, mind you it is damm cold. I didn't refill it for about 2 hours, then I did a few minutes later bedlam
Must look up your website for a bigger feeder!!!!"

"The scramble does quietened down.
I only refill 3 times day so maybe they are getting the message.
Neighbour counted 15 the other day sitting around ready to pounce.
