Shipping Information

 All orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours ( excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) via NZ Post or Mainfreight for the larger orders.
Occasionally we have to wait an extra day to allow bank payments to clear. If this happens we will contact you to let you know.
We email all customers when their order has been dispatched with consignment numbers etc.

Normal delivery times are:

• Auckland - Within 2 business day of dispatch.

• North Island - Within 3 business days of dispatch.

• South Island - Within 4 business days of dispatch.

• Rural delivery will incur additional transit times

If there is a delay for any reason we will contact you by email or phone to explain. If your purcase does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us and we will look in to it for you.
Most of our orders are sent "track and trace", so we can quickly locate your purchase.

Q. I want to send this as a gift but there is no place on the online order form for a different shipping address. What do I do?
A. When you order online enter your details as you would normally do, and then send us an email with the correct shipping address, as well as any message you would like included on a gift card.

Shipments outside New Zealand

We do not ship to international addresses at this time
